GMC Terrain Gets IntelliLink for Consumers

Car companies are now focusing on different aspects of driving rather than focusing on the features that comes with cars. Hence, many companies like GMC are now introducing better gadgets that consumers can use while they are driving their vehicles. The all new 2012 GMC Terrain might look like a small SUV that might not have the best looks in the market, but to make up with the looks GMC has decided to introduce IntelliLink in the car that can provide loads of options to the drivers so that they can enjoy their driving.

GMC Terrain Gets IntelliLink for Consumers

The most interesting thing about the new IntelliLink is that drivers and users can customize the screen the way they want it and therefore it becomes more convenient for the users. There are popular icons and sounds available that can make it easier for the people to understand how to customize the screen and move icons accordingly. On the other hand, the device also has popular icons for Pandora and Stitcher for Bluetooth streaming through the smartphones. This means that Pandora users can now give thumbs up or down directly through the touchscreen that is available through IntelliLink.

Majority of the features that are available on IntelliLink can be voice controlled and therefore drivers don’t need to use the touchscreen at all times. The voice control options are provided by Nuance. Users can make a phone call, play their favorite music and tunes or listen to their favorite radio station without moving their eyes off the road.
