LG to Introduce Optimus L9 for Budget Consumers

The Android smartphone war is just getting intensified with more players trying to cut the competition to reclaim the number one spot. Although, LG is one of the top players in the Android market the company is striving to nibble a bigger share in the Android phone market. Now, LG has decided to come up with their new flagship phone that will be for budget conscious buyers. The all new LG Optimus L9 is among the series of smartphones in the L Series like L5, L7 and L3. The company believes that budget conscious buyers are always looking for better features packed in smaller budget and that is exactly what the Optimus L9 will offer to the consumers.

The phone is quite similar to L5 and L7 and will have similar features like the previous smartphones but the only difference that will make this phone better is the introduction of Ice Cream Sandwich that will be paired with dual core 1GHz processor and will have a large 4.7 inch display. LG believes that this combination will work not only for the geeks but also for budget conscious customers that want bigger and powerful smartphone in their hands without compromising their budget. LG claims that the new smartphone will have 1GB RAM, 5 megapixel camera on the rear and a whopping 2,150mAh battery that is going to keep the phone working all day long with the kind of apps that are going to be installed on it. LG has not mentioned anything about the pricing of the smartphone at the moment.
