Sony Unveils the All New Xperia Tablet S for Home Entertainment

The tablet war is far from over and Sony is making sure that they are not left out of the competition. The company has now announced the all new Sony Xperia Tablet S that will be a great device for the family for all their entertainment needs. In the last few months, Sony is focusing on making Xperia brand popular all over the world and therefore they are launching some of their best smartphones and tablets in the Xperia category. Sony has said that the tablet offers better connectivity between various Xperia smartphones and the new tablet to ensure better entertainment experience.

To make the Xperia Tablet S more usable Sony has kept the device lighter and thinner. The materials used in the making are of premium quality and therefore it is easier to handle it in the home. On the inside, Sony has incorporated the extremely quick NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad core processor and Android 4.0.3 operating system that makes the entire navigation smoother. Since the tablet runs on Android OS it becomes easier for the consumers to go through all the media, apps and Android based games. Sony claims that the Xperia Tablet S is splash proof and therefore it can be used in the kitchen with wet hands.

Sony has also incorporated ClearAudio+ mode to the tablet for consumers to enjoy their favorite songs and tunes on the tablet. It can also turn into infrared universal remote control that can save you lot of time and hassle to find different remote controls for your TV, cable box and home entertainment system. The tablet will be out in the market in September 2012 but has not provided the market price for the device yet.
